The success of an organization depends on constant change, flexibility and adaptation. It also means accommodating these changes without affecting what works well already and re-strategizing areas that can impact the bottom-line.

The fear of competition will always be there but competition should always spur innovations and improvements, re-engineering of operations, re-strategizing and introduction of new approaches which can sharpen the competitive edge of a given organization.

Successful strategy implementation is a critical challenge in organizations today. NiMble partners with clients to build and institutionalize strategy execution capabilities. The NiMble strategy execution methodology has three phases:

1. Mobilize 2. Align and 3. Sustain

NiMble has developed strategy maps to help organizations put strategy in perspective for clarity; to identify key internal processes; to align investments in people, infrastructure and technology for greatest impact and to expose gaps in strategy to take early corrective action.

NiMble’s focus is not just on the ‘what’ of processes but also on ‘who’ the process owners are and ‘how’ different activities within a process are undertaken; the hierarchy of priorities; and, the interdependence of user groups. We then compare and share processes existing in similar industries and functional areas to stay on the path of practical counsel.

NiMble has developed an “Activity – Organization Framework” which identifies the above issues and assists organizations to reach out to their desired future state.

NiMble follows this framework with the partner organization to determine the activities, which they should introduce, and the systems, which need to be added to reach the desired future state of the organization and its beneficiaries.
The entire exercise is divided into the following activities:

a. Identifying the future state: Where would the organization and the beneficiaries be with the existing initiatives.
b. Is the future state the desired Future state: Identification of the desired future state both for the organization and its beneficiaries.
c. The gaps classified as:

• Vision gaps
• Activities gaps
• System gaps

d. Transition Plan – Filling the identified gaps in order to reach the desired state
